Tucked away in the tranquil hills of Silicon Valley is the private, members-only Los Altos Golf and Country Club; the only club in America to boast a Master Sommelier as its General Manager. 

Randall Bertao has built a world-class wine program that includes 15 trained sommeliers. 
With over 30 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, Randall has been successful at managing some of Santa Clara County’s most esteemed restaurants, in addition to the 10 years of experience at his own London restaurant, 34 Surrey Street. Under his management, Los Altos Golf & Country Club’s wine list features some of California’s best, in addition to rare producers from wine-producing regions all over the world.

Begin your fine dining experience with a selection of delicious hors-d'oeuvres, followed by five delectable courses, including Thai coconut curry panna cotta, seared scallop fettuccine and fennel cured duck breast. This exquisite menu will be paired with champagne, burgundy, and cognac personally selected by Randall.
